SHIPPING POLICY
Our dispatch times can vary depending on the time of year and how long it takes us to prepare your order.
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days, delivery time is in addition to this. Keep an eye out for your dispatch email.
You have the option to choose between the below.

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail, Scanned on delivery. Our Royal Mail delivery service is a 2-5 working day delivery. Each parcel has a unique QR code which is scanned on delivery using a GPS device which means we can confirm delivery of your parcel. This is not a fully tracked service and you will not receive text or email updates.

Carbon Neutral - The Eco Choice. DPD, Fully tracked next day delivery service after dispatch. This service provides you with text updates, you can even track the delivery of your order using an interactive map. If you wish to reschedule your delivery you can select an alternative delivery date, deliver to a nominated neighbor, have your parcel left in a specified safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop.

Urgent orders - Please contact before ordering by phoning the studio Mon-Fri 9-3 if there is 1 week or less before your wedding. We will be able to advise you if we can take your order. If we are able to take your order, there may be an additional charge to expedite it depending on the products you choose and the time it will take to prepare.

If you would prefer to collect your order from our studio, please choose this option from the menu. Due to our semi-rural location, it is always advisable to contact us to arrange collection so we can be available for you.
RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, in the unlikely event that you should want to return your order or have changed your mind, we are happy to accept your return if your order is received back in our studio 14 days or less following delivery. This does not apply for orders using the delayed delivery service.
Non personalised and non-perishable items can be returned for up to 30 days from delivery.
Natural petals and dried flowers are a perishable item and unfortunately after this time we would be unable to accept your return. We are unable to receive returns on orders that have used the delayed delivery service as they have already been stored for you for a considerable time in our climate controlled store.
All returns must be complete and unopened. We are unable to provide an exchange service.
Personalised or made to order items can not be returned unless a mistake has been made by us.
Adamapple are unable to accept responsibility for faded petals when you choose to store your own confetti rather than use our delayed delivery service.
PAYMENT METHOD
We are a cashless business. We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards in addition to Paypal.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to posting or Collection.
